v0.4 prototype update

this update is kind of more of a visual overhaul and quality-of-life update than a gameplay update.
major changes
- display changes
the default resolution of the game has been changed to 1080p. this means that the size of the levels may look smaller in windowed mode. - menu/ui overhaul
the menu and HUD has been changed and settings and game data (level record times) are now saved locally. - control rebinding
you can now rebind the game controls (these are saved locally). keyboards and controllers are supported. currently not able to rebind directional keys yet. - character sprite changes
the character sprite has been changed into a 2d projection of a 3d model. this also means that the overall size of the character is much bigger than before (about 2x3 tiles) - collision system changes
the collision shape of the player has been changed to a diamond instead of a box (press F3 to toggle debug mode to see the shape). this will make it easier to add stairs and ramps in the future. however it's still quite buggy and needs some more work, so note that dropping down platforms isn't 100% consistent at the moment. - movement mechanics/physics changes
the speed /acceleration values have been modified to account for the new size of the character.
jumping and airdashing now use the same charge.
walljumping has been added, and there are two methods of inputting walljumps to choose from in the settings. walljumping does not consume your jump/airdash charge.
